First let me say I am PISSED.
I have an open ticket about issues with my games codes from inside my Imperial Edition Boxed set.
I have had 5 responses, from what appears to be 4 CSRs, none of which has done a damn thing to resolve my issue. Each CSR has plainly not bothered to actually read my ticket, at least the first time. And the last *** couldn't even be bothered to capitalize my name in his "thanks for playing" response to my "I haven't got every thing I've paid for" ticket.
I have submitted scans of the incorrect (or blank) game code sheets and my purchase receipt twice, and a scan up the proof of purchase tag once. And cannot seem to get the matter addressed.
At this point I want what I have already paid for, and I want something substantial for putting up with the morons that I have had to deal with so far, 6 months of game time on you would work.
I do really enjoy the game, but this stupidity and the *** poor quality of customer service is about to have me demanding a FULL refund and cancellation of the 6 months game time I have paid for.
