Missing Textures

Seem to have this problem on and off but today is particularly bad, getting those red Boxes with missing written on them in place of most doors, and a few random other places about the landscape.
I tried lowering all my settings but once I restart I get a unending load screen.
Video card is nvidia if that helps

SavageHenry✭✭✭It happened yesterday or the day before when I cast a spell, the spell effect did not show up but instead I was incased in the red box, couldn't help but laugh0
