So, I have been wondering... Since I cannot get an ANSWER from customer service on my ticket status does that mean MY SUBSCRIPTION 30 day access I was FORCED to go live with, start AFTER my game is PLAYABLE??? IF someone from TESO wants my Ticket number
Here is mine!

Greetings Lisa!

Thank you for contacting Elder Scrolls Online Support Team. I understand you've lost some of your bank . I can only imagine how frustrating that can be.

Because of the great mudcrab migration. They left holes all over the land which caused or mail carriers to disappear. But be assured Vestige we have sent our High Elves to go investigate your missing items. And Molag Bal minions infiltrating the bank systems and causing problems for some of our players' characters. We've got an expert team of banking mages looking into the issue and working to reverse the effects of some stray spellwork. We appreciate your patience in this matter -- these spells can be pretty tricky and take some time to perfect! Rest assured, they'll get back to you as soon as they can. Until such time expires you shalt not fret this issue will be resolved in an timely fashion.

Continue to Enjoy your adventures of Tamriel. Your bank slots shall be returned shortly.

Warm regards,
Tekirra

As much as I appreciate the response, I am not 10 years old. I play a fantasy MMO, but when I ask for customer service, I am not in "the Game" and would much rather you spend time working on my problem than creating a "story" to explain why it is broken. Oh I am currently enrolled full time at PSU working on my degree in CS. I would much rather have you explain it to me like this,
"Lisa, yesterday at 5pm a script ran that caused a erroneous code to be executed, because of this your bank has been reset back to 60 slots. Please know we are working diligently to restore this error"
You see, that gives me confidence that someone that KNOWS how to fix this, has received my complaint. Because I KNOW, that whatever time my bank reset, it is recorded into your database. I KNOW that whatever script ran or failed to run also was recorded in your database. What I am NOT confident of, is whether there is anyone that is actually working on this can run a simple query to find it.
EDIT OH, I have an EASY fix, You know I lost 40 slots, I really don't care about the stuff, the game is too new to bother with newbie rubbish. Give me the GOLD to buy my slots back and all will be made right in the world. Or in ZENO language, " Have the golden fairy sail through the cold, crisp air, whipping up a frenzy of gold coins that magically appear in my mail". Or in the real world each upgrade has a price, that unfortunately I cannot remember, because all I see is "Buy upgrade for 1000 gold" now. Look it up and refund my gold :) Problem solved.

And this is such a pity too. A beautiful game, beautiful music, and an amazing storyline.... ALL going to hell because of bad coding or a bad game engine... I hope the writers for all of the quests, lore books and nearly every scrap piece of paper ALL got paid wonderfully well because they did a fantastic job!!!

I feel your pain.. but I'm 99% sure they've underestimated everything about the launch and it's glitches and are so ridiculously understaffed that everyone is suffering from it. Bet most of them have a 9 till 5 job who wouldn't care about overtime. :)

I agree, I feel like they are wandering about in the dark looking for a light switch. I honestly do not know why they would not position GM's in the game to address issues that could be solved, or at least to make sure the bullies that are brain dead do not attack you for asking about a bugged quest. A lot of the quest issues can be resolved if you can get everyone to leave the immediate area, but trying to do that is like free falling through a tunnel filled with razor blades. Everyone says ALL MMO's have rough starts, and I have been in a few, the DIFFERENCE is the other companies did a better job with PR. When WoW started, for instance, they did not offer "early access" So when the server started the queue time stacked, the wait to get into the game you paid for was horrible, Blizzard started flipping switches, opening bandwidth, whatever they could do to get people "in the game". Then, because EVERYONE was level one, we were ALL on the same quests, and mobs simply could not keep up. Did Blizzard respond with "perhaps you can try later?" NO! The GM's came in, had improvised "contests" Hide-N-Seek games, ALL with prizes. So the hardcore ppl could continue to quest in the zeal to hit 60 but casual players could enjoy fellowship with a new community. And that started things off on the RIGHT foot. What we have here is a community that is indifferent, a community that tells you after you have tried all those "things" to get through a quest to stfu and stop whining... Well, guess what, I bought the game too... Most every rude comment could be solved with a GM's presence. IF you had a GM that was sitting there answering questions about quests, you would not have some JERK screaming at you and calling you names. Not that I am perfect, I have a very short fuse with ignorant people that are confronting me, I have no problem telling them things as bad or worse (if possible). But it doesn't have to be like that... But when all you get to hear is crickets from Zenimax, you get what we have... Rude, disgusting, filthy mouth, punks, and when they outnumber the good people in your game, it will fold up and go away, or have a much shorter life cycle at the very least.

I'm also a CS major at PSU.

I hope your issue is resolved soon. I have a feeling they didn't initially set up enough backup DB relations, and now these vanishing tuples are causing some headaches.

OMG please don't mention tuples or relationships hahahaha Everything to do with database is a one too many relationship ( the too was purposefully spelled that way) hahaha I am still learning a lot, but oh my god I know I do not want to be a database admin

My new ticket maybe I will hear something.
HI, four days ago I sent a trouble ticket in describing what had happened to my bank. My Question Reference number is 140407-087156. You guys responded with a fairytale analogy trying to explain what had happened, that’s fine. But here at the end you decided you were once again talking to an adult and said the following “Continue to Enjoy your adventures of Tamriel. Your bank slots shall be returned shortly. That was three days ago. Since then I have not heard anything. I have sent emails asking for an update, I have posted on the forums asking for an update. It is like nobody gives a damn. I can understand bugs and glitches in a brand new game, but YOUR customer service, ugh, I hate to even use those words together with what I have experienced from you guys, unless it would be the LACK of customer service.
I am a full time student, going to college to get my degree with a major in CS. I have taken my test for my A+ certification and after this term I will take my test and get my CERT for Network+. I work at a help desk and I would be fired if I could not do my job any better than this. I understand the enormity of the situation, a brand new game full of flaws and bugs, but you people have left us in the cold. I simply cannot imagine a worse business strategy than to ignore customers with issues in a brand new game. In a brand new game WITH A SUBSCRIPTION, the sheer numbers of people that will be falling away is incalculable at this time, but what I can say is you are going to lose your solid, intelligent players. The players that add to a game with add-ons or great guilds, or just adding to the community in zone chat. What you have now is someone has a broken, bugged quest and they ask about it in zone, and you have 30 morons telling you that you are *** or worse. It is out of control, and I am tired of it.
So, back to my bank. I had 40 slots go missing, I do not care about the items… Please unlock or send me the gold to unlock my bags back to what I had. Please make this right… Why are you guys not keeping everyone up to date on what is happening? It should be on our launcher when we click to start the game. Why can you guys not put GM’s into the game? There are quests that IF you can get every single person away from the NPC they will reset, WHY are you asking us to do that when a GM with different color chat could organize this in no time? Why are you leaving us to believe that you got our money, pretty much forced us into a subscription and then left us in the cold?
    Thanks
    Lisa
