Another Vampire Bug - Invigorating Drain Delay

Just noticed it after a few broken uses of this skill.
Sometimes it just wont activate.
No the target was not drained allready, yes i had enough mana, and yes i was in range.
its jsut completely random WHEN it activates. sometimes i need to press the button once, sometimes i need to press it six times in a row...
thats seriously annoying.

It goes even further:
It seems to be impossible to use this ability against downed targets, it works only when they are standing again.
I understand that with the sneak-drain, but with this smaller combat drain it makes no sense, that its unusable.

Some targets are unaffected by this ability.

anything considered to powerful to stun cannot be drained, so that means most all named boss type mobs. The spell is pretty much useless at the moment. Can only use it once on a mob and most fights where it would come in handy you cant use it, and if a mob is already disabled you cant use it on them for the damage/heal part.

Ok, even more issues...it doesnt even work against dazed targets...but only since the last patch, before that it worked

that has nothing to do with the current bugs. if there is something too powerfull - use something else. it helped me a lot of times. big bone golem? heal on his minions for example. but i agree, it would be far more usefull if it could be used agaisnt those targets too - just without the stun then.
-thefact that you can use it only once per target is a well chosen balance feature. more than once would be horrible op.

the real problem is, that it does not even work agaisnt normal targets in specific situations, like i said above: dazed or knocked down, maybe even stunned.

When it doesn't work on a more powerful target it pops up a warning.
But yes sometimes it takes a few clicks to get it to hit some targets despite being already in ranged.

As it stands, Vampirism and Nightblades are broken.
I've been experiencing this for the past 2 weeks.
I'm over the class and the bloody Vampirism.
