Collectors items restored, Bank reset

Today I had my collectors items restored, but my bank was reset. All the items, deposited gold, and upgraded bank space were missing.
After I changed characters, the items were back in the bank. All of the deposited gold is still missing and the upgraded bank space has been reset to default (60 slots).
UPDATE: I am now currently experiencing problems with the character that I created to replace my initial character (I deleted the first character because I was on a different faction than a friend). For the second time now after logging onto the character I receive 5 mail notifications. These are the restored collectors items. I now have duplicates. The biggest issue is that my bank is reset when this occurs (as mentioned above).
This is an issue that needs to be resolved as I cannot upgrade my bank nor deposit money (the money vanishes when this occurs). So far the items in the bank only vanish for the one character, but reappear after I log in another character.

jasonleitch1_ESO✭✭✭Just a quick update. I have sent in two tickets (one email and one phone). I received a response to my email ticket stating that is was a duplicate and thus they are closing it, I have not had any response for the ticket requesting support by phone, and do not have nay ETA for said support.
At this time I have not tried to upgrade my bank slots nor deposited any gold in the bank as I do not want to lose everything again. The original bank upgrades and deposited gold is still missing. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
UPDATE: I received a call phone customer support, and the issue is currently being worked on.
