Change horse color

Can you please add the ability for us to change the color of or horses please?
I want to buy the fast Light Horse but I want it to be black

This won't happen. ESO are already selling a horse in the shop for cash. I can't see them spending time to implement a system where you can change the skin of a horse in game. It would cut into their profits.

I can easily see such system. They did implement "Convert to Imperial Style" option exclusively for IE.
Why can't they make a horse color conversion?
Oh, OP, even in this case you'll have to buy a black skin from the store anyway.

Let me just second this. I want a fast horse. Yet the very one comes only in beige, so annoying.

You're thinking about it the wrong way. They just need to add a black Light horse to the store; the mount collectors will buy both and ZOS will make even MORE money!

I don't get why they sell a slow horse on the shop anyway. Should just sell mount skins that can then be applied to any mount ingame.

I am hoping when they add the dark brotherhoods questline shadowmere will be a quest reward or something like that. Loved shadowmere, but anyways typically a black horse with red eyes has always been part of the dark botherhoods questline so i would be very suprised if it wasnt in eso btw , this is purely my theory. No where has there been anything official about this.

I don’t care too much about horse color; mainly because I can’t afford one yet. What I would really like is if we could outfit them with armor or decorative (possibly enchanted) accessories. Right now they all look alike. There is no individuality to them. Being able to give them armor or just a bow in their main, would give a nice, aesthetic, flavor to them.

i dont mind if they add more skins, maybe in cash shop, i personally wont buy one tho, and as long as they keep the white horse imperial only

Yeap i agree OP , horse armor AND the power to pick the color of out horses should already be in the game , hope they dont take long to add it.

Everybody loves Shadowmere , add that to the fact that the dark brotherhood got the one of best quest lines in both oblivion and skyrim , and i assure you , if they are giving out shadowmere during the questline , everyone will be riding her/him.

As someone already noted, at some point they will sell a black horse on the store.
