Skill won't level up

Hey!

Just wanted to check if it's a bug or me being ***. I have this skill 'Ransack I' that i've had since first levels in the game. Now i'm level 10, and i'm still at level one of Ransack, when all other skills levels up as they should. I also have the skill in my actionbar and use it a lot. So I just can't understand why it seem stuck at 10% level 1.
Anyone else got this issue?

It's because it's a morphed skill. Those take almost forever to level up and just do a nominal damage increase when they get to level 4

Ransack is a morph on the first ability for Sword and Shield, Puncture.

All morphed skills take ages to level. Even almost exclusively using S&S on most of my characters, Pierce Armor (the other morph option for Puncture) isn't yet past rank 2 or 3 on anyone. It's the same for any other morphed ability.

Also, higher "tier" skills tend to take longer to reach the rank V "morph point" than lower-tier skills. EX: Puncture, the first S&S skill, reaches rank V and can be morphed very quickly. Shield Charge, the fourth S&S skill, takes much, much longer before it can be morphed.
