E-Mail IP Account Verification

Really need an option to turn OFF the 'IP Address Changed' e-mail verification request. Many, if not most, customers are going to have dynamically allocated IP addresses, and this is going to become a real pain in the petunia if it cannot be turned off.

    I think it's based off of hardware id as other computers on the network cause the verification also.

    @f2pmmogamescub18_ESO that system is placed for customer safety in mind to prevent account stealing, it might be annoying if your dynamic ip changes but otherwise its good thing.
