Mail C.O.D Delivery Time? (Primal Motif)

So, after 10 minutes I managed to get a buyer for my Primal Motif at a price of 35k + COD Fee's. (Another buyer of 36k pmed me shortly after sending it. qq) It has been 10 minutes and they still have no received the mail. Should I be worried or does it take a bit of time? Thanks.

    The mail system has a bit of lag.

    Log out, log back in and it may force a mail refresh.

    Yeah we did both relog. I noticed that my mail took like 20 seconds to send for some reason. ;S

    Yeah, unfortunately, the mail system can take a hour or two, if it doesn't rescan.

    It took me about 25 minutes to receive a COD item a few days ago.
