Quest bugged: Our poor town

Part of the main story in Eastmarch. Not a single player is able to complete this quest at the moment thus halting progression through the main story of this zone.
Stuck at the part where the player is supposed to ' Confront Asmalah'. The NPC disappears after following him and does not appear again.

I know mine was bugged and I completed it right when the server restarted yesterday. Good luck on that sinz1 -

Erguth✭THIS is still bugged. And it affects another quest aswell.
Sent and Email to support and also submitted a ticket ingame.
One from support promised to send a GM to fix it. But half a day later, still the same.
This was the latest answer i got:
I'm really sorry that you're having problems with the game. We are aware that there are bugged quests, but the production team is working on fixing these as quickly as possible. You have already tried some of the potentially successful work-arounds, but since they did not work, I would suggest that you go play a few other quests until we get to the bottom of this issue.
I know this is frustrating, but while our team investigates this, there are still many quests and areas that abound around you!

Fix this quest please. In fact. All quests. Should have been a bit more on the ball with fixing bugged quests during beta instead of being focused on getting world records and such.0 -
jetster22Soul Shrivenits not bug u just need to kill the other 2 guy he summon, then go to the quest mark and he is there.1

MrFiddleSoul Shrivenso that's 5 days now? and seems like most people complete this quest during a server reset, which leaves only a small window of opportunity. AAA support at it's finest.0

already did dungeon in shadowfen but still missed one
keep at it its anoying but its doable took me an a m8 3 days to find 1 last quest
