Pre Paid game card insanity

I really dont get this. First i purshase the game, digital standard edition. My plan was to use pre paid game card, (wich is what i've done in wow for years)
Why on earth i'm foreced to by a game card, and enter the code before i get acces to my 30 day grace, were is the logic in that ? Theres no credit card involved wich need to be checked for validation.
Oh and just to make it even worse, there are no pre paid game carda avalibale in any store here in Sweden, no were!
So they actually locks out their costumer from using a product we paid in full for.
Totaly insane!

Indeed, it is. They not only force you to buy a second month with pre-paid gamecards, but also with several other payment options:
