Maintenance for the week of February 23:
· [IN PROGRESS] NA megaservers for maintenance – February 23, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
· [IN PROGRESS] EU megaservers for maintenance – February 23, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)
· [IN PROGRESS] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – February 23, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)

It seems as though "policy" can be broken at any time.

So I had e-mailed Zenimax on Friday asking for help in keeping me connected to ESO in between the time that Early Access ends and when I receive the physical copy of the Imperial Edition (I was assured by both Zenimax and BestBuy over the phone when I pre-ordered it in February that it would arrive at my doorstep on or before launch day, but it never did). This is what happened.

Now this is clearly not the case: many physical copy purchasers have been receiving 7-day extensions to allow them to keep playing while they wait patiently (and happily) as their copy is delivered through snail-mail (and they should enjoy the game, much in the same way I would if I had been given such an opportunity!)

I have since submitted five, maybe six support tickets now (I've lost track already) and none of the responses have been very helpful; the majority of them either did not read/understand my tickets or were automated messages claiming that my ticket was going to go higher up to be resolved (I still see no evidence of such a claim).

I am thoroughly frustrated and burned out after four days of watching, waiting, and hoping for some sort of aid.

I wonder if anyone else has had such service.
