Just in case you are one of those companies that closes for two weeks every Christmas (Origin-Ultima Online 1996) please be aware that you are now a MMORPG business model, not a single player offline business model. Please ensure adequate staffing for Christmas holidays, including people with authority to make decisions. This might seem an odd time to discuss this, but vacation scheduling is probably going on now if not already completed for this year.
