If I want to play on both megaservers, do I have to download both gameclients separately?

Yes. Whenever you change megaserver, you need to download the entire thing all over again.

Ah bummer. What if I copy all from eu client and just delete eu on the end of US game client folder?

That's not how it should be, that's clearly a nasty bug. A friend of mine doesn't get that, he has both clients installed and can switch without problems.

When I change to NA from EU, launcher start to download whole game again

i have both an eu and an american elder scrolls folder, once you have that you can freely change between both through the launcher

American folder just dont have EU at the end of folder?
