Road to Alik'r?

Since Northpoint is still bugged and there is no indication that it will be fixed soon is anyone aware of a way to get to the next zone without completing it?

If so do you get the next thread of faction quests kicking off or is that dead and buried until the devs get round to fixing Northpoint?

Yes - join a big guild and teleport to somebody there. I did this. If you want add me as a friend and whisper me later, I'll teleport there for you to teleport to me.

Northpoint is hit and miss. The problem is that -all- the mobs that spawn have to be killed, and someone kiting them away bugs the follow-up spawns. The only real solution is for everyone to get away long enough for the encounter to reset, but YOU try telling that to everyone who just runs on up...

Thanks, I won't be on 'til after work UK time but will try you then - I assume once you have a Wayshrine marked there you can go back and forth when you want?

Yep. I'm @GossiTheDog in game. I'm UK time too, I'll hop on this evening when I get chance. My character is only level 21 at present, but I can zone and out of Alk'r still. If I'm not around try to get an invite to a big guild, and teleport to somebody in the guild.
