Have I scolded the developers for not releasing it now? No.
Have I been rude to anyone whom has said that this feature should not come? No.
Have I provided reasons, and questions related to the topic? Yes.

I have created this topic so people could voice their wants about it, none of us psychic, but topics where people may share their opinion on the matter interest me, as I am sure it does others.
But who knows, perhaps the topic will catch the glimpse of the developers?

I value everyone whom contributes so I'd like to respond to people in a manner that is fashionable, be it with a question, an answer, or a theory.

I'm not against being nice. But realism isn't bad. Responding to people telling them to be nice has never accomplished anything.

It is the thought that matters, one must not ignore it but rather confront it, like most hardships one endures. ;-)
(Although a forum where people are nice are usually very rare I must admit hah)

The imperial edition has been sold out for a while... I am sure some folks have it up on ebay.

I just got it cause ofthe statue.. I was pleased to see that I had an extra "any race any faction" key on the same page as the game code.

It may remove the incentive for a week or so, but once a person levels up their alt, there is no more incentive. What user community thinks of this is a moot point, since itt will have no impact on them if it is allowed. The developer will decide this on a money factor alone.

Nope.

Either pay for the privilege or re-roll IMO. If anything I'd like to see LESS race/faction crossover. Making a character not native to a faction should be a lot harder.

I would like a race change, already reached VR5 that would be pain in the ass to reroll. At first, I didn't really like Argonian, but now I feels like this race is very awesome than Nords. Race change or even char name change should fall into account services. Wish they have items like "Fantasia" just like on FFXIV,

So play the Argonian on a different alliance. You can't honestly expect people to believe that it took you 55 levels to figure out that you just weren't liking this character.

Well, the first step is admitting it.

If you're "too lazy," that isn't a design flaw. And while they may add race changes down the line, I'm hoping they won't. Your choices should matter. If you want to play as another race, play as another race, but don't demand a paid service to take care of your own personality issues.

Omg so 1980 and mainstream.... Let go of what you think have to be, to be a MMO.. Time change and so does the thinking... Why alts? why not same character? why not race change? what does it matter to you? wont effect the game... Zenimax should have not made the four classes and should allow race change and barbershops so ppl DONT have to have alts that they have to do everything again with just because they made a wrong desicion when creating thier character... The secret world did it.. worked like a charm... This MMO is like any other before just diffrent skinn... Time to move on and be more creative or people will drop....

You answered your own question. If one spends alot of time on their character....why would you even THINK of changing race when you have a history, skills, stories that only YOU have. You want to destroy that by a wizard changes you? No thank you.

There are several char slots. Use em. Be glad Zenimax gave us 8!!!! Chars to play. Eve only have 3. Personaly I think you should only be able to have one active. But thats me and Im wierd.

I agree with you OP , not so much because im lazy , but because my main is a VR 3 char , making a new one now and seeing all the same quests again would just be very boring. All there is to it.

Im at a point that , if my breton templar becomes something boring or that i dont want to play , i would rather quit , than lvl an alt.

Still think it makes more sense to have it than not.

You have players that are lazy , and wont reroll , they are unhappy and might unsub.

You could offer for them a service that costs money , that would allow them to be happy and get you profit or you could wait and watch many of them leave the game , which makes you lose money.

There's great reason for them to implement it. Many players spent a lot of time and are attached to a character, but not the race. It's a huge hinderence not having the right passives. I need to be a high elf but don't want to spend multiple grooling months again just to be right back where I started. Take my money please.

Gina has posted on the forums - not that long ago - that they are looking in to at least some options to add the game, such as changing our hair, facial features, race, sex, etc. Just how many and to what extent though, we do not know that. I wish I could find the post for you.
