Uninstaller not working either

Well I have given up on the login error and decided to uninstall and reinstall. I go to my uninstall program folder and I see ESO, but it states it's only 54MB. This can't be right since the folder on my computer is over 30GB. I click the uninstall it takes about 2 seconds and says it's done. Well, it didn't uninstall the program, now what? I am really getting sick of this game already.
Can I contact customer service to get a refund? I paid for the 6 month subscription and I just don't want it any more.
I have been involved with a few MMO launches and this one is by far the worst.
