    You won't be able to help me anyway. Hell they can't help me on a problem that can be solved in 10 minutes. Actually i see there are too many waiting for DAYS to even get an answer. But no problem, i'll open one topic every hour to get their attention.

    Please don't open topics every hour which include no content about the problem. Many customers are using the forum to solve issues with the launcher etc. By flooding the forum with crap nobody here can fix, you make the forum useless for everybody.

    Are you serious? This is the only way anyone can even talk to Zenimax. Email support is BS, phone support... never calls back...

    We have no other alternative. Zenimax has left us with no other choice.

    Crap, i tried getting their attention and for some reason they decided to only care about my post instead of my issue.

    There's no need to clutter the forums with threads like this.

    You are but one in thousands of people requesting help from the customer support at this very moment. Yes it takes time before they get back to you and I'm sure they would love to help everyone in minutes but they can't.

    Be patient and understand that they have a lot of requests. You're not a special snowflake that deserves their attention more than someone else.

    I get you're frustrated, but they're drowning in support tickets. If you haven't noticed, you're not the only person who is having an issue.

    They seem to have been highly unprepared for the amount of support they would need. It happens, this is their first MMO. However, posting here will not garner support nor will your issue be solved.

    The best thing you can do is be patient and wait.

    We understand that you're angry and 4 days is a long time but writing here won't change a thing. You're #10434 in queue and you'll have to wait until it's your turn.

    Go play another game, do something with your friends, read, watch TV...

    Who the hell is we? Are you speaking for ZOS? If not, why are you trying to come off like you are?

    The number is irrelevant, it does not indicate actual position in queue.

    Writing here does help with things, as others have been fixed within TWO DAYS of their posting.

    EDIT: Regardless, if my issue isnt fixed by the end of the day Ill be canceling my 180 day sub, and if it hasnt been fixed by end of week, Ill be looking for a refund.

    Vlas, you aren't using this forum to talk to ZOS. They probably won't even read this particular thread. The way to talk to them directly is via email and phone. I know they aren't very responsive as they're clearly getting slammed with tickets. I get that it is very frustrating that you can't finish a quest. But you aren't alone. You're trying to be disruptive to get to the front of the queue. That isn't automatically helpful to everybody else.

    The best part comes when you wait for few days and you get an empty email. The poor f@ck at the customer support was probably drowned with emails he couldn't even use ctrl+v and ctrl+c correctly

    No one knows what is going on because ZOS isnt talking to us. You are assuming they are inundated, I am assuming they are having other problems, but we dont know until they tell us.

    They asked me for Secret Question's answer (i gave them that) then they asked me the game code (i gave them that too) now today they asked me the last four digits from my credit card and my secret answer AGAIN. *** ask me everything in one sentence in one day and solve the problem on the next 10 minutes. But i guess i'm still a happy case with 2 days, i see others are waiting for 4 days because Zenimax.

    @Vlas, can you just tell us what the issue is you are having? It is possible someone here might have had the same issue and can help or might have gotten a response on it from CS and can give you an update.

    I also know information goes a long way. But there has been massive failure on all parts by ZOS in this regard.

    But then, I dont know that they are under "sheer volume" and neither do you.

    You're not wrong. I just don't think they saw this coming and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for a week or so. It also seems to me that there is a lack of experience here, not a lack of caring.

    I do think that it's a fair assumption that the incident volume is significant.
