You won't be able to help me anyway. Hell they can't help me on a problem that can be solved in 10 minutes. Actually i see there are too many waiting for DAYS to even get an answer. But no problem, i'll open one topic every hour to get their attention.

Please don't open topics every hour which include no content about the problem. Many customers are using the forum to solve issues with the launcher etc. By flooding the forum with crap nobody here can fix, you make the forum useless for everybody.

I know they aren't very responsive as they're clearly getting slammed with tickets. I get that it is very frustrating that you can't finish a quest. But you aren't alone. You're trying to be disruptive to get to the front of the queue. That isn't automatically helpful to everybody else.

I can count to potato.

I have and I do...
I cared enough to let everyone know what is going on.
I have yet to see that from ZOS.

Then you should know that you can care all you want, but sometimes it's just the sheer volume, and sometimes it comes down to people above your head.
I also know information goes a long way. But there has been massive failure on all parts by ZOS in this regard.
But then, I dont know that they are under "sheer volume" and neither do you.

You're not wrong. I just don't think they saw this coming and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for a week or so. It also seems to me that there is a lack of experience here, not a lack of caring.
I do think that it's a fair assumption that the incident volume is significant.
