and 3 days ago, i received codes.
when i use code, ask me payment.
i paid 77$ 180days subscription.
and i know it is not real payment.
will be refund.

i don't want to refund.
Because, i used AMEX card.
and i live in korea.
if you refund it, i take damage.

GossiTheDog✭✭✭✭✭Hi - they don't take payment nor refund. They pre-authorise the transaction. That means the bank just reserves the money from your balance. Then the bank automatically releases the amount. So you will not have to deal with a refund. -

I don't agree with you when comparing Blizzard and Zenimax but I agree that there could be improvement on ticket/customer support/billing and account things.

3-4 days, I made my first ticket last month and the issue was resolved two days ago. Keep your cool and wait for their reply, or leave a callback from Support page..
We cannot really help much here in community with this issue.
