Quick overview on *bugged for me* dungeon quests - anyone else?

I will just list dungeon quests that don't work for me below, feel free to sign or list another if you encountered some issues.

1. Spindleclutch - can't start quest.
2. Fungal Grotto - can't start quest.
3. Elden Hallow - can't start quest.
4. Wayrest Sewers - can't start quest.
5. City of Ash - can't start quest.
6. Arx Corinium - can't start quest.
7. Crypt of Hearts - can't start quest.
8. Volenfell - can't start quest.
9. Blackheart Haven - quest don't give credit on killing dead pirates.
10. Selene's Web - quest don't give credit on killing bosmers (very start stage) + can't start second boss encounter, it has it's reflecting shield turned on forever.
11. Vaults of Madness - can't start quest.

Anyone else have same issues? It's 11 skill points I can't get and I am VR now. I 'd love to spend time on defeating VR dungeons than going back to normal ones.

Just for possible answers: tried multiple reseting, relogging, restarting and such stuff. It just don't show up nor don't give credit on certain stage.

Wow, so you managed to get rest of them working?

Idk what's going on tbh. I could understand it if I couldn't start them quests because of some anti-boost-system as I am VR now, but couldn't start them even before at adequate level.

I just tried to do Blackheart Haven and had the same problem, killing undead pirates never finished, the npc just sits there, not moving and cant talk to it either. When i tried Volenfell my group couldnt obtain the quest at first, remade group and reentered and it worked, was maybe caused by someone in our group that already had the quest finished before not sure.
Every other dungeon worked fine for me, no problem with those.

Ye. I am kinda like this. When I enter dungeon, quests vanish - tho I did not finish nor started them. It's like I am bugged, what concerns me because of some CS answers - I wish not to start a new character

Most of the dungeon I zone into quests just don't show up for me. perhaps when we use the LFD tool and port there something happened, who knows...

If someone in the group has the quest unfinished you won't be able to acquire the quest if its an "event" quest, which makes no sense to have these in dungeons. People should be allowed to pick up the quest regardless whether or not someone else in the group is already in progress with it or has it in their logs.

The point is, I can't start it even if I get in alone.

anyone figure this out? The only option the lady gives me in Volenfell is goodbye. I have been through Santaki & other two dwemmer dungeons to comple Tharraya's trail. How do you get the quest for Tempest Island? I port there but do not see a quest giver. Frustrated trying to do all content and can't get a quest (skill point).

About that, I will keep doing VR and - after I am done - eventually will need to complete these quests. If I still won't be able, I'll keep on pushing on them - CS.

If I'll get the kind of answer "Sorry, we can do nothing about it, please start new character" - I won't be happy. One of my friends got this kind of response already, yet he wasn't that far in progression.
