18 years old to even *** pay for they subscription this is *** ***. The only way i can keep playing is if i go in store and get my mum to waste petrol probably the *** price of the subscription its self.

I think he is saying that the website will not allow you to create a recurring subscription unless you are 18+ years old. He has to purchase game cards.

Even with this circumstance i was able to use online banking with 18 to buy gamecards online somewhere.

my mom used to pay my subscriptions when i was 18 too!

I am thinking its not Alaska since he used the word Petrol instead of Gas, lol.
