Character has been locked for 4 days

Last Thursday evening, 4/3, I was required to change my character's name and was kicked from the server. I immediately changed my character's name and have been locked out ever since. Every attempt to try to fix the issue with customer service has resulted in a "please wait another 24 hours". I purchased the game for early access and was unable to participate in 4 days of early access because my problem has not been resolved. Now that early access is over, this is now eating into my subscription time that I have paid for. Any support will be greatly appreciated.
