Patch stuck at 37% in launcher

When trying to download the latest patch via the launcher, it will hang at 37% downloaded, with 58.20 MB left, downloading at 0.0 kb/s. The things I have tried: closing all non-essential programs, disabling/uninstalling anti-virus, running the launcher in administrator mode, and trying to run the eso.exe file, which actually does nothing at all for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's very annoying.

I am also stuck at 37%. Running full system virus scan. Tried running in admin mode. Tried starting layncher from the program files. going to try after my 1 hour virus scan. and if that doesnt work i will try with av disabled. blah. no results yet.

Still stuck at 37% ( Nothing I try is working. Antivirus off, virus scan. install in admin. all three at once. frustrated.

Finally got my download going again, Have to download it off a portable hotspot from my phone. I am at a concentration camp for a mine and they must limit what kind of internet access we can have. FML

That's great you got yours working. I kept the launcher on overnight to see if it would finish, and it didn't do anything. I'm putting a ticket in =/

Did you reboot your PC or even better a complete shutdown and remove the power?
