Game crashed -- 210 error -- unresponsive launcher / Cant uninstall

So I bought TESO yesterday, downloaded overnight. Everything worked ok, played for about an hour. Then I got stuck in a wall. I logged out and logged in again but for some reason my fps crashed to <10. So I quit the game, restart my laptop and now I cannot log in anymore: Error 210. Also, the launcher is extremely unresponsive. I tried uninstalling the game through the "game options" menu in the launcher, but nothing happens. I tried 3 times, the third time I got an "uninstall successful" popup, but the game is still there and when I relaunch the launcher everything is as it was before, error 210 and all.
Needless to say I am highly disappointed and have canceled my sub for now. Is there anything else I can do expect wipe the game completely though the windows programs menu?
System: Dell Laptop, i7, 8850m, windows 8.1
