Getting booted after 1 minute in game - An Unknown Error is given

i am able to log into the game but it seems after 1 minute or so I am getting booted out of the game and a n error messages open up at the login screen saying "unknow error has occured". The only difference is that i reset my router which i confirmed though the email for the new IP address. Then for the login issue i renamed my programdata folder and got a new one which was version 1.0.0.964485. I have an active subscription. I unchecked all my addons. i had no issues yesterday or anytime before today.
Is anyone else having this issue?
