I received a 1 day temporary code. That error message is what I get when I try to use it. Can anyone help?

I get the same message but for a different reason.

Basically, I bought ESO online, and I bought the collector's edition too.
When the subscription issue came up, I didnt have a credit card so I couldnt register thru that method.
So I said "okay, I'll just use my GAME REGISTRATION CODE from my physical copy (which I havent collected from my retailer yet) and plug that in so I can start playing and subscribe".
However, now when I try to plug in the GAME REGISTRATION CODE the thing tells me that I require the Elder Scrolls Online. Well, I definitely have the Elder Scrolls Online and my account recognizes that I have it so why isnt it working. I have emailed, and asked them to call me but so far nothing.

    SOLVE THIS PLEEEEEASE

In order to use the one-day temporary access code, you need to have already registered your copy of the game with its access code. It makes perfect sense. Next thing you know, Zenimax will be sending you messages about how to get access to the game through the game's messaging function. lololol
