The one without 'EU' is the NA client, if you want to play on both regions you'll need it as well.

I dunno if they'll have separate installs, but check start->control panel->programs and features (windows 7, add/remove programs on XP) and if you see two separate entries for ESO and ESO Europe, consider removing the one you don't need that way.

If there's only one entry for Elder Scrolls Online, don't uninstall cuz it'll wipe the program data and require a long download. Sorry if this feels patronizing. :)

What do you gain by criticizing a CSR complaint?

One is the NA server install and the other is the EU install. If you are gonna play on both servers then you need both. If you are going to play one or the other. You need to change the setting in the launcher to the server you want to play on then you can delete the other install you don't want.
