I lost my bank extra slots - twice

Hi,

I just lost all my increased bank slots for the second time.

I had originally upgraded my bank to 90 slots and then I suddenly was back to 60, losing a few items because the bank was full.
Filed a ticket and a /bug, nothing happened (which I understand, that's fine).

By now I increased my bank back to 80 slots and just lost it all again. Luckily, I think i didn't lose any items this time around (most of my stuff is now on various mule alts).

Both times, I also received my imperial and explorers boni via the mail system - so by now I have 3 scuttlers, 3 imgakins, 3 mudcrabs, 3 mara ring thingies and 3 sets of treasure maps.
I left the "extra" bonus materials in the mail system though.

Additionally, when I now try to create a new character it does not give me the option to skip the wailing prison.

All of this looks like some kind of "account-reset" to me, if that helps.

It'd be great if I could get back my 90-slot-bank and the extra 4k gold I spent on upgrading it a second time (or just the 14k gold and I'll upgrade it again - once I'm sure this isn't going to happen again).

Both times this change seems to have happened while logging in to an alt by the way.
Meaning, I was on my main, had my bank, logged to alt, logged back, bank gone and received boni via mail.

    Just got same situation, received emails with all exporer pack bonuses, and got empty bank. After relog, got bank back, but with default 60 slots, down from 80. I dont care much for lost items (of course there were some nice "trophies"), but what i miss the most is gold.

    Wrote support ticket and bug report, no answer yet as well. Hope they will resolve this any time soon :)

    Update: seems like items that were in overflow, went into character, if i see correctly from trophies on him. Gold still lost :)

    I lost my bank slots too last night! Lost 30 slots of upgrades and I was about to have enough gold to buy the 43k horse!! Give me my slots back!!

    Same here, tho I lost 50 spaces, and literally tons of crafting materials I took a heck of a lot of time to acquire. I also has very rare upgrade mats, stacks of them. I easily lost tens of thousands of gold in a few seconds.

    Same thing happened to me - I have replied every day to the email telling them it has not been resolved. Some information would be nice. Just some notice -"hey we know this is a problem - we are working on it" I would go ahead and expand my bank again but I am afraid it would happen again.

    I too have made several mules - but I cant quest for more than 30 minutes before i have to come back and play alt roullette to handle the loot.

    I spend more time on inventory than I do playing. If they cant fix this - I am pretty sure I wont subscribe after the 30 days. I love crafting - and having no space makes it almost impossible in this game.

    I got an email yesterday saying this problem should now be "fixed," but my gold is not back and neither do I have any compensation for the upgrades I re-purchased. :/

    *hmmm* I submitted a bug report on this issue Saturday night and haven't received any "fixed" communication whatsoever.

    Yep, same exact thing happened to me on Sunday night. I lost my 20 slots, then promptly got the duplicate imperial edition items in my mail again. I too have submitted tickets everyday, though I did get a rapid response that very first night:

    Oh joy, stuck in a quest and now the bank goes bye bye, WHAT THE HELL !!! Zenimax get your *** together ffs.

    Totally useless support, cant do anything to help in-game, thanks we just take your money and have a nice day.

    Because that truly is my opinion, support of this game sucks.

    Heh, I just lost my bank for the third time.

    I foolishly rebought some extra slots because support said the issue was fixed.

    I now lost 20k gold in bank upgrades.
    Luckily most items seem to have landed in one or another alt inventory.
