Account Expired. No way to choose new payment plan.
I have received absolutely no help with this issue. I am unable to log in because I must set up a payment plan, but I have no way to do this. I am told to follow the prompts on my account page but there are no prompts or links anywhere on the page. I have already emailed customer support and was emailed a link to my account page and told to follow the prompts once more after already telling them there are no prompts. I am more than willing to set up a payment plan and pay whatever, I just want to be able to play. Anyone else having this problem?
