Account Expired. No way to choose new payment plan.

I have received absolutely no help with this issue. I am unable to log in because I must set up a payment plan, but I have no way to do this. I am told to follow the prompts on my account page but there are no prompts or links anywhere on the page. I have already emailed customer support and was emailed a link to my account page and told to follow the prompts once more after already telling them there are no prompts. I am more than willing to set up a payment plan and pay whatever, I just want to be able to play. Anyone else having this problem?

    I have received no codes or anything through any email. Do these codes come in the mail? (I ordered the physical copy of the game from amazon)

    Try to avoid replying to your support ticket email unless you need the ticket re-opened, as it is possible doing so will move you to the bottom of the queue as if your ticket were re-opened.

    I have the same problem. Been playing MM games since WOW was beta.

    Real game MMO companies make it possible to manage your subscription from your account page. The newbies here are Zenimax. My account page offers no way to create, modify or cancel a subscription, yet they show I own a copy of ESO and they show the activation code I entered with my pre-order copy when I created an account.

    Okay so I paid $100 to play this game, being told I would be able to play even if I ordered a physical copy and wouldn't have it by launch date(I specifically asked before per-ordering), and now cannot play until I receive the physical copy? The expected delivery date isn't even until the 14th. What was the point in per-ordering?

    This is not a mistake on my part, but on Zenimax. A heads up would be nice. Instead of ensuring me I would not have this problem they should have told me right out that I should not order a physical copy if I had a problem with waiting.
