Why am i not able to have a subscription plan?

I got this game a few days ago and played early access but it never asked me to have a subscription when i started to download the game. Now there is no way for me to have a subscription plan and i cant play. Can someone please help me?

    I also wanted to add that me and my best friend have been waiting for this game since SKYRIM!! We have non stopped thought about this game for a whole year! And now we cant play, i feel ripped off. I got 1 day of playing this and it was amazing and now i cant play it at all. I cannot tell you how upset i am. Hopefully someone will be nice enough to help me. If not. thanks for listening..

    On Class Balance
    The real dilemma is that; Powdered doughnuts are overpowdered, the chocolate doughnuts are too chocolaty, and the coconut crunch doughnuts have more coconut than all other doughnuts. This is OUTRAGEOUSLY unfair to other doughnuts!

    So from now on, all you special snowflakes get is nasty plain doughnuts...enjoy!

    If you bought from anyone other than Zenimax you need the game code to play now that it is live. The early access code was just for early access and does not carry over to release.

    Go into you account from elderscrollsonline.com and add the second code. You should now be promted to enter sub info.

    I had the same problem. It turned out that I didn't have all my access codes entered in. there is one for early access, the explorer pack and imperial edition, if I'm not mistaken.

    Go to account.elderscrollsonline.com, redeem any codes, and subscribe, basically.

    I only had one code on the receipt. So do you guys suggest i got talk to my gamestop where i got it from?? And thanks alot for helping guys, it means a lot to me if that means anything.

    I want to thank everyone who has helped me but it turn out i had the actual copy, i just had to go pick it up. But after thinking for so long, this game is just a scam. Its all for the money right now and i decided to go with a game that doesnt have a subscription and i can turn it back in for money. Also in a year or so maybe even less theyre taking the subscription price down, thats when i will play it.
