Everything has been running perfectly for me and then today I log in and any time I change the position of my camera I get a constant stutter until I stop moving the mouse

Not much to go on here but it sounds like you're not getting enough frames to compensate for the rapid movement. It's possible a scheduled task or program is hogging your resources.

Right click the task bar at the bottom of windows, choose task manager and check the performance tab. It will show you how much your computer is working. If the usage is really high you may have some programs running like antivirus...or a virus tying up your resources. You can also see what program is tying up the most resources by moving to the "processes" tab and sorting by "mem usage".

You can end those process manually, or click the applications tab, right click on eso and choose "go to process". Then right click the process and set it to "high priority". You have to do this every time unless you want to install a program called "Prio" that will save it.

    Retired.

I have exactly the same problem since the last patch. The game never drops under 40 fps, according to the fps counter. It simply freezes a lot.

Edit: Turn off the Esohead add-on. Unfortunately it seems that the latest patch must've broken it.

This seems to have fixed it.

ESO itself is using a 1gig of my memory that seems high, is this normal?
