207 Error, cannot log into game... PLEASE FIX ASAP

Getting a 207 error, says that I have tried to log in too many times and my account is locked 10 minutes.

I have waited 15 minutes and then tried to log in twice now and its still showing up. Fix this please. This is ridiculous I am paying a monthly fee to play this game. This is clearly a bug there are hundreds of people posting they cannot log into game.

I talked to a rep about an hour ago. he said that we are in about 10% of the game population having this issue. does this mean since its only 10% we are effectively screwed to get a faster response???

Supposedly if u login from diff computer itll be fine. Its a client issue.
