Keep getting disconnected - Unknown Error

So I log in and get to play for anywhere from 10 seconds to 3 minutes and then get booted back to the login screen with the error: "Unknown Error"

Ive tried restarting, running as admin even re-installing. Getting a little bit much specially considering the $80 price tag plus EU12.99 subs.... If this isnt fixed soon Im going to be taking it back for a refund.

Any ideas?

Yeah this is happening to me, I cant even walk for 2 minutes not even battling or anything and I'm logged out...its constantly. I'm extremely annoyed right now.

I have had this issue many times, it happens or seems to happen often in the following cases (least for me)
1. Areas with many people.
2. Areas where you are in groups even a dungeon
3. When you have anyone or anything running in the background off your internet
connection, you would experience lag and disconnects constantly no matter how small.
4. During peak times

I cant even have my antivirus update and run a 4mbps premium account. I use to run a normal 2mpbs for any game, wow, eve online, guild wars 2, swtor...you name it even with downloads in the background and never had a hitch.

With this game its happening all the time, I have sent mails I have begged Zenimax to help me with this and they keep asking for reports which i sent 2x now but their support staff dont know anything nor do they even look to see if you have any issues already sent a ticket for before asking for the same info the last moron asked for.

Zenimax doesnt want to admit that their megaserver is mega broken, it drops players it lags, it cant keep up or cant keep the players up...eitherway the connectivity issues we are experiencing is not from our side its the game and its use of the data, I cant afford a 10mbps let alone a 50mbps connection like some people I have spoken to who dont have these issues, NOR WILL I EVEN BOTHER TO SINCE I CAN PLAY ANY GAME OUT THERE WITH NO ISSUES ACCEPT THIS ONE...so yeah, also think ill cancel my sub and ask my money back.

Even now at this very minute I get messages from this site saying that there is high server load and i cant even update this post...you tell me there isnt a major issue...

same problem. Thing is, when I connect my 4G connection instead of my ADSL2. it works alright. But I can't waste my precious 4G for games.

try setting the process priority via the taskmgr to "above normal". that eliminated alot of freezing issues i had. couldnt hurt )
