Gotta love waiting for Customer Service

Nothing quite like waiting for customer service. Can't play a game I bought because their system wont recognize my address but they certainly love charging my card multiple times even tho I can't play.

    What is this customer service thing you speak of? I have yet to experience that here. Just sayin...
    On Class Balance
    The real dilemma is that; Powdered doughnuts are overpowdered, the chocolate doughnuts are too chocolaty, and the coconut crunch doughnuts have more coconut than all other doughnuts. This is OUTRAGEOUSLY unfair to other doughnuts!

    So from now on, all you special snowflakes get is nasty plain doughnuts...enjoy!

    I received an email last night. Haven't heard back since =/ Must be a lot of people who can't play like us trying to get through. It sucks but it is their first rodeo. So I'm not gonna be mad at em. Just be patient and see. At least my free 30 days hasn't started yet. They've only taken like $120 out of my bank account for verification =/.

    I am like you waiting for them to change my account address information, my last email was too from lastnight, and they were answering really fast back then... -.-

    They dont need to check that the address match there are tons of company that just check the name and what not >.< Like WoW.

    you give blizzard your credit card and it works no matter if your account and address is from taiwan.
