There is a bit of a PR problem regarding, charging people to use their free month, charging them twice, not letting them use what they've already paid for.
And you know you guys have remained kinda silent, some kind of public apology and mass solution would be both in the best interest of the customers and Zenimax. It would cut down on the customer service overload due to every one having mostly the same issue, and it would help put all this behind us for the customers who just want to enjoy the game.
