I made my purchase directly through the ESO Store before early access and only received ONE EMAIL with only my order # in it. As you can see my "subscription" time is setup but since I havent attached a registration code that I never received I am unable to play/login. I emailed account/support at 8am EST this morning...still no response..... anyone in the same boat as me figure out how to register a code they never received?

I believe this may answer your question: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8223/session/L3RpbWUvMTM5Njg5MzczMi9zaWQveTIyYUZjUmw=

It says that digital copies of the game are registered automatically when purchased so you dont need a code but you do still need to set up a subscription in order to get your free 30 days with the game.

    Hello,

    @deggar13b16_ESO‌ I have bought a digital copy and was hoping to set up my subscription when I got home from work. However, when I look at the page you linked and follow the instructions it tells me that I need to enter the;

"Enter the Game Registration Code that came with the game in the space provided, and you will be taken to the Subscription Page."
    and
"If purchased digitally, the code(s) will be included in the e-mail confirmation of your purchase."

I like the Poster did not receive an email with the code attached and I haven't even been able to set up my subscription :( I was wondering how the Poster managed to??

I have received 2 codes for TESO, which were for beta access for one of the weekends and for the 5 day early access but I have not received any other codes that could be used for registration. I have tried inputting both codes into the Redeem Code section of my account and the code has come up as invalid which no real surprise to me there as I had already entered them.

You are not alone with not receiving a registration code... Did you play in the early access? I am wondering if it has more to do with everyone having trouble logging in than it being about a missing key and rather the early access code is our game key as well :|

I have been playing since November. To set up my subscription I simply clicked set up subscription on account management page. I thought it would be registered automatically but that doesnt seem to be the case. Everytime I try to log in I get the " Login information incorrect" prompt even though I can log in just fine on this website and forums.... asked around and like the poster mentioned above...we need to enter a registration key that was never sent to us.

Sigh... I am missing the Subscription link that is in the screenshot above :\ I am slightly amazed that we don't all have access to the same Account links :s

I have tried the email support but that looks like it will take a day and the phone support said an hour but I have been waiting 2 now :\ doesn't look like I will be getting onto the game tonight... oh well. Hopefully it's fixed tomorrow

Your issue is not related to not having a code to redeem. Since you purchased the game directly from ZOS they redeemed the code for you automatically. There was no reason to send you the code because of this.

The proof here is the fact that you were able to set up a subscription in the first place. Manage Subscription does not show up on that page unless a game has been redeemed on the account. Furthermore, you can see right there, under "Purchased Games" that it says you have Elder Scrolls Online and the picture is of the red Imperial edition box.

Whatever is stopping you from being able to log in is not because you did not receive a code. I don't know what it is, though. ZOS is probably the only one who can help you figure it out at this point which, sadly, is extremely unfortunate since many people seem to be having issues receiving direct support at the moment.

I purchased the digital imperial edition from Gamefly and was initially only given one code that authorized early access. When early access ended I was unable to log in OR setup a sub plan so I logged onto my Gamefly account and found 2 new access codes, one for the imperial edition and one for the explorers pack. Something similar may be happening to you, although I don't know where you have to go to your other codes since you purchased direct from Bethesda.

Gneesh, if you're playing on the NA server, it's down for maintenance/patch right now.

I guess I should add, what type of error are you getting? I have the same game type, and same plan - in fact my account page looks just like yours and I'm having no trouble logging in (when the game is up mind you)

*Editing again to add that if you purchased directly from ZoS - you don't ever have to use the redeem code button on the left. The instructions that some are referencing is for people who bought outside of ZoS

Unfortunately, I bought it through the Uplay shop which in hindsight wasn't the best idea :\ I cannot even get in touch with them as I get an error when trying to submit a ticket to their support team :(
