1.0.2 - Nothing about the bank resets and missing items?
I would assume that this should be amongst your highest priority items (and if not it really should be).
This hasn't happened to me but my partner has lost a great deal and frankly I am furious on his behalf because the fear of this bug is keeping me from upgrading my bank.
If it's not fixed then the reassurance that the 40k+ he spent on bank upgrades will be refunded or restored would be beneficial rather than your complete silence on the subject.
The whole handling of this situation is really really concerning me now, especially the time it is taking for it to be addressed....

chimichi✭I'd also like an update if this is fixed. It did not happen to me, but as i read this forum frequently i don't dare to upgrade my bank any further than i did before that bug first got mentioned, and that means i am stuck with 70 slots (which i hope i still have when i log in later). I love to craft. my highest char is enchanter. i really need to be able to use and upgrade my bank without fear.

Now I don't dare to upgrade my bank again and it's really inhibiting to gameplay. I've only received one email in reply to two tickets sent over the course of three days. ZM really needs to improve on its customer service. Silence isn't the way to go - at least tell us that it IS a bug and they ARE working on it. -
Red✭✭✭Happened to me too. Filed a ticket, but with the delays people have been reporting I don't expect anything to come of that before the end of the year.
Everything beyond 60 slots seems to have been flat-out deleted, too. I re-bought the first upgrade but it didn't make the items come back. -
Another patch and still no update on this. The bf has been waiting 2 days for a response to his ticket. This is getting absolutely disgusting, they aren't even warning people.
I love this game, honestly I do but this is the worst support I have seen in any game in a long time.
