Game code doesn't work?

Trying to set up my subscription but stopped on the redeem code portion which keeps saying invalid code. I know its valid because I activated it for early release and have emails from Bethesda/Zenimax saying:
Greetings xxxx,

Thank you for redeeming your pre-order code for The Elder Scrolls® Online. You’re now registered for The Explorer’s Pack, which includes the following digital rewards:

The ability to play as any race in any alliance
The Scuttler vanity pet
Exclusive treasure maps
5 days early access to the game before the official launch

You’ll receive these digital rewards when you first log-in to The Elder Scrolls® Online game at official launch. We’ll also contact you at your account’s registered email address with information about early game access as we get closer to game release in April 2014.

Since I can't get past redeem code, I can't chose my subscription and can't play. -.-

    If you haven't opened a support ticket yet, do it ASAP. The time varies from an hour to days, so get it opened sooner.

    There's just nothing anyone on this forum can reasonably do to help other than open a ticket for you, which a mod could do, but it's not going to be any better than doing it yourself and probably take longer.

    Sorry, I know it's frustrating. :(

    First thing I did was open a ticket for phone call, 1 hour + wait :( and email :/
