Every time I call in to (855) 296-3170, they disconnect the line after about 2+ hours. I checked with my provider and they confirmed that it was disconnected from the other end and not a problem with my service.

The phone number on Zenimax's website [ (410) 568-3200 ] appears to be the actual phone number of their MD offices. If nobody answers, you are transferred to an automated directory where you can dial a person in the office directly if you know their extension. The girl answering the phone seems to be getting tired of it ringing. Maybe we should just dial random extensions until we find someone who can help?

    Been waiting on hold for almost 2 hrs now. Someone's gonna answer for this crap.

    I'm sure they are getting buried over there....Damn subscription page won't accept/authorize my card(s) for billing (tried multiple cards all being denied) and yet my banks tells me there have been no attempts to even charge the card or usage on the card number..... So they are getting bombarded with emails and phone calls from rightfully angry customers..... Wonder if they hired the same clowns who set up Obamacare's websites to handle this part of it. Don't get me wrong, the game is absolutely beautiful and I love it, but it's stupid issues like this that should be non-issues that are going to *** people off and cause them to walk and never come back.....and worse...they will tell a friend and so on and so on and so on.......

    It doesn't look like they are going to budge on this. They have staff all over the forum telling people they need to create a subscription.

    At this point, I want a refund. I was on the fence about subscribing before, but now I have no interest in it. I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way.

    If they don't give me access to what I purchased, then I want a refund (and I won't budge on that).

    What number are you calling? I called 1 844-936-4629 and got a rep in 30 seconds and they gave me the one time code to put in after I put in my game code. 30 days active no credit card needed. All you have to do is be polite on the phone.

    I've been charged twice, even contacted my bank to make sure there were no processing problems on their end. Waiting 2 days now still can't play. It's definitely Zenimax's incompetence.

    I can't fathom why they wouldn't just extend the grace period and avoid this PR nightmare. Take it out of my 30 days, I don't care, just let me play what I've PAID FOR while you untangle your idiotic mess!!!

    Middle of Monday, still no official post to address the problem. We should all plaster this throughout their social media, and major game review sites/forums. Sad that it has to go to that level to get an appropriate resolution.

    Eh thanks, but that seems to be forwarding me to the same place. Kinda sounds like an attempt to troll, but I want to believe.

    You care to share what you think is the correct number then? They have many phone numbers, and most will send you to the same place, but the other phone number I have is the direct number to the offices. The receptionist was nice enough but she couldn't really help me.

    So...... After being on hold for exactly 1 hour... the phone tone goes to being a busy tone..... Excellent customer service.... SMFH..... seriously.....

    same here. four times i sat on hold for 2+ hours and they hang up on me every *** time. i'm done. i'll wait for customer service to wake up and start negotiating my refund.
