Wen't out and bought the Collectors Edition now I can't even setup a subscription without an error
I will give you the step by step...
1. Pre ordered CE back in January, got early access code
2. Put in early access code
3. Got early access
4. April 4th, GameStop cancels my order, I re-order same day
5. April 6th, get kicked from game and not allowed to log set up subscription to play due to lack of game codes
6. April 7th (today), cancel online order physically pick up last CE game in my area
7. Go to redeem code, works!
8. Go to set up subscription choice, 1 month reoccurring works!
9. Go to select payment method, website goes bat sh!t and says "There were issues with your recent transaction attempt. Please check the provided information again or contact support at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com"
10. Rage
This is literally the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a game. Players that are being forced to deal with such horrible treatment deserve compensation. We should not have to request it you guys have F{}CKED UP big time. I hope that once this situation is resolved those players that have decided to remain members of this games community will be rewarded for the troubles caused by your company and poor management of this issue...I have been a loyal Elder Scrolls and MMORPG player for well over a majority of my life and will continue to be so, however, my faith in this game and the companies involved with it have been deeply shaken and I am not beyond canceling my subscription from a company that treats their customers the way we have been treated...I have left games for less severe reasons and will many more times in my life I can assure you.
Please resolve these overwhelming issues with the most basic aspects of a game you have created. If you cannot please stop making these kinds of games then.

- After repeating steps 7-10 (especially 10) multiple times, 30 at least I'd say...By some error in ZoS's fail proof system to prevent players from playing their game, I some how managed to set up a subscription. My sympathies to all those still stuck in the situation I was in.
