I can handle the bugs in the game, its a big game and there are gonna be bugs in the beginning. I can handle that I got kicked off of the game because I haven't received the box yet, I am upset, but I can handle it. What I can't handle is the complete lack of any notice from Zenimax on these problems. We are in an era where information is transferred instantly. There is no acceptable reason why Zenimax has been so silent on the issues that have been blasted on the forums the last few days. I would just like a statement about this other than the cookie cutter, "We understand your frustration and are working on a solution". Is that so much to ask for?
