How to make a subscription without buying the game again?

Hi I bought the digital standard edition of ESO and the only way to make a subscription is to buy the game again? i have went trough all the options in my account section and there is not an option to make a subscription without buying the game again and choosing game time. please tell me if i am missing something And how to make a subscription... thanks

It's sad, I payed for 30 days because I thought that was it. It said transaction is unauthorized and yet they charged me. But this didn't solve my subscription. So i bought digital version + 30 days of play time and yet I can't play. *** YOU
