No 30day code sent to me

I pre-ordered a digital copy of the imperial edition and have played my early acces but, now early access is over i still have not received any e-mails with my 30day game code.
Also from what i have been reading is it true i can't activate my 30days free unless i have a credit card or go buy a gametime card from a retailer first?

1. As far as i know, the game code is in the same mail as your proof of purchase. Are you sure you are checking the right e-mail?
2. Yes, you have to set up a subscription in order to gain access to your 30 free days. You can do so by using a credit card, PayPal or a prepaid game card from the local retailer. You won't actually lose the money since they reimburse you within a few hours.

This is the only e-mail i have received from them since purchase, which is strange considering i have been reading on other posts people have been getting all sorts of e-mail since their purchase such as bonus content descriptions and so on..

im abit disappointed in the lack of communication from zenimax, i kind of feel like i have been forgotten about.

So you bought directly from the game store or so... the 30 days is included in the Early Access as in Pre-Order which is automatically linked to your account. All you need to do to activate it is to set up the subscription.

you do get 30 days free but it is dependant on you setting up a subscription plan either a credit card or pre-paid time/game card will do if you decide the game is not for you before the 30 days are up and you have set up a sub with a credit card or similar you just cancel your payment plan.

I dont think you need a code if you ordered digital directly from the official site. You do however need to set up you subscription before you get to use the 30 days.

do be aware that they do a test payment on credit card/paypal payment plans of the full monthly amount its not taken out of your account but can cause problems for people.

that's why I went for a game time card as I don't want my cc details on another database the time card will be with me tomorrow .
