I preordered ESO standard edition(digital version) that started 1st april. However I cannot redeem the code to activate payment method. And only one code were given from the retailer. My friend also have this problem.
So we are like wondering what the hell is going on? Did we paid just to play the early access? and noting else?
This is one mail i recieved from zenimax few weeks ago, and i assumed everything went fine:

Registered what? First to login ESO at official launch? How can we do that when you cannot redeem the code and setup a sub plan?
And i got a reply from customer support which wasnt even relevant to what i asked.

If you would like Early Access to the game, it is extremely important that you ask your retailer whether they will be taking part before you purchase a physical edition from them because not all retailers offer the Early Access bonus. I already played early access, and now i dont have access to the game, or even setup a sub plan. So...I would say, refund.
