Redeem Code & Preorder digital version.

I preordered ESO standard edition(digital version) that started 1st april. However I cannot redeem the code to activate payment method. And only one code were given from the retailer. My friend also have this problem.
So we are like wondering what the hell is going on? Did we paid just to play the early access? and noting else?

This is one mail i recieved from zenimax few weeks ago, and i assumed everything went fine:

"Greetings,

Thank you for redeeming your pre-order code for The Elder Scrolls® Online. You're now registered for The Explorer's Pack, which includes the following digital rewards:

The ability to play as any race in any alliance
The Scuttler vanity pet
Exclusive treasure maps
3 Days Early Access
You'll receive these digital rewards when you first log-in to The Elder Scrolls Online game at official launch. We'll also contact you at your account's registered email address with information about early game access as we get closer to game release in April 2014.

Registered what? First to login ESO at official launch? How can we do that when you cannot redeem the code and setup a sub plan?

And i got a reply from customer support which wasnt even relevant to what i asked.

Retailers taking part in the Early Access bonus offer will send customers an early access code before the game goes live. If you would like Early Access to the game, it is extremely important that you ask your retailer whether they will be taking part before you purchase a physical edition from them because not all retailers offer the Early Access bonus. I already played early access, and now i dont have access to the game, or even setup a sub plan. So...I would say, refund.

    Your retailer should have given you 3 codes not 1. 1 is early access code 1 is game code and 1 is explorer's pack code.

    Yeah but search ur mails first, junk mail maybe or the digital purchase mail/receipt.

    Nope, not in the junkmail. Noting, and only one code were presented in the receipt that shows the purchase of digital standard version of ESO

    The same thing happened to me. I bought the digital copy from G2A, got my Early Access code and played during the Early Access period. Now that Early Access is done I can't redeem my other code in order to play the game. G2A only gave me two codes. This is really frustrating because even though the transaction was not authorized to set up a subscription plan, my checking account was still charged...I'm paying for a game that I can't even play.

    I have the same problem as you.
    G2A bought in and they sent me two codes, one of early access and the other the explorer pack. When scoring the second TESO sent me the email saying that it was the explorer and would pack the items in my mailbox. It turns out that was the standard pack and I must claim G2a. G2a tells me it's a problem of TESO.
    I canceled the account and I will TESO claim back money G2a.
    I requested a refund on paypal and I've returned to my bank receipt.
    Do not buy into G2a ever. I am very angry.
