How do I get completion for Wormroot Depths?

I have no idea how to get this. I had two quests in that dungeon but neither completed this for me. Also there doesn't seem to be a boss in this dungeon. Am I missing something?

Raynia is the bosses name and It just popped. It is working currently. Popped in the final room as normal.

I didn't find any miniboss in this one after running around for at least 10 minutes. There were no groups of players camping any spots, and only a few total in the whole place.

And where is the 2nd quest for it? The only one I've found is from the old man near the entrance that sent me to the glowing well.

You get that after hitting level 25.

Ah, I'm level 24.

As far as completion, I'd check back in there after this update/maintenance. There might be a miniboss that's just not spawning right now.

I did the level 25 quest already, but couldn't find the mini boss nor get the completion done so far.

Me neither. That bugs me so much as someone who likes to 100% an area before going on.

I'm not sure what Wormroot depths is but if it's a Public Instance than there is a boss and a skyshard inside. You get the completion achievement if you kill the boss. All Public Instances have a boss and a skyshard. If you are not seeing the boss it could be bugged or sometimes the respawn time is ridiculously long. If it's not a Public Instance, than I have no idea.

I know this part with the boss and the skyshard. That's why I'm asking this here. Because one seems to be missing. Also I'm not the only one with the problem and no one could tell me until now if I just had bad luck with the boss, I'll get to the boss later or the boss is missing entirely.

I literally ran though every square inch of the place and couldn't find a mini boss anywhere. I did the quest too, but nothing. Maybe they will have it fixed in this maintenance!

confirming this is not bugged - mob just has quite a long respawn time! just waited it out!

She does have a pretty long timer as opposed to the others that you probably have seen. She is right in front of the Well (the one you hit for quest)

Is someone suggesting I cool my heals on Wormroot Depths until level 25? I don't think so. Maybe later there is a new quest in the same dungeon but... After going around and around with other PCs I finally timed it right and lucked out and waited in the final room--it turns out I waited right on top of where Raynia spawned. I and a couple other PCs whacked it silly and got I at least got loot which was exactly all I was missing to clear this dungeon. It doesn't look like it had anything to do with any quest. Those were accomplished on their own previously. It was the matter of picking up this NPC's loot to close the dungeon that I missed.

This sort of problem now turns out typical when you are not in a solo dungeon situation or a private group. You have to mix it up with everyone else's quest/instance. This can be quite funny at times and quite difficult too where you might have to replay the whole dungeon to get into proper sink. It can be quite exasperating too when it isn't clear on how much help you might need solo and other players rush ahead. Sometimes I've hung back and waited for an area to 'reset' only to have a new set of 'friends' race by me. Sometimes I race ahead while they are caught up in a battle but that's when you might miss something too--an important NPC to kill who hasn't reset and doesn't have a bunch of PCs standing around some prominent spot. So you get use to it--what else--but it isn't so much fun figuring some times?!
