People shouldn't keep asking the same question over and over again if they read other people's threads. If the support team answers one of the "hundreds of threads", then people with the same problem should visit that thread. It's no use answering each thread separately.
So yeah, a Known Bug sticky would help out for those who don't want to visit each thread.
