Currently you are failing to Communicate effectively with your community.

There are hundreds of Threads on the same subject on the forum, what are your moderators doing, why are these not being combined and answered, then Sticky the Thread so you can avoid 100's of the same.

Answer Peoples concerns engage your community, currently you are failing. There are hardly any posts from Zenimax

Open a know bug Thread, so we can see what the issues are. At least that way we know you are looking into them, we expect bugs, what we want to know is that you are aware of the problems we are facing.

They can't say a thing because they are waiting the fat stock Market people that has no idea how a game sell to come home from a vacation in Cayman Islands and make a decision so they can pass to us without be afraid to dissapoint the most importante part of the game - the businessmen. Ohh wait...we need someone that plays games to finance games, they treat games like they are films!

Not really, if they are not answering the question and making the community aware then it stands to reason that others will ask the same question again and again.

People shouldn't keep asking the same question over and over again if they read other people's threads. If the support team answers one of the "hundreds of threads", then people with the same problem should visit that thread. It's no use answering each thread separately.

So yeah, a Known Bug sticky would help out for those who don't want to visit each thread.

Which is why I said they should combine the threads, if they combine them it would be easy to find what you are looking for. At present you will do a search and find 500 on one subject, no one is going to search to find out if a moderator has commented, so they start a new one as there concern is no longer at the top of the list!
