No pre-order items...

So during Early Access people and official sources told me early access items were not meant to be used until AFER 4/4, fine with that.

Now it has been 3 days since that and I STILL don't have anything but the ability to make any character in any race, no maps, no pets, no nothing... so whats going on here?

Support asked for my email and secret answer quite quickly, then fell silent...

    I had my items lost because I was phailing in early access, openened tickets and was talking with support.
    I know they are busy and all but yesterday evening when playing support contacted me.

    I don't have time to stay ingame waiting for an answer, if it takes more than 2 hours... and email is silent still..

    Thanks for the heads up, but I didn't delete mine, they never showed up at all...

    If you ordered from a separate site they will most likely be in your digital content section for previous purchases. You may need to agree to Terms of Service before being able to view the codes.

    Care to explain that? I did order from some one else, but they gave me the early access code, then the 30 day "free" (yea right..) code, which worked.

    What else do I have to do?

    (Still no further emails from support)

    Hey there, @Lenthas. The bonuses from the Imperial Edition and the Explorer's Pack are provided with your copy of The Elder Scrolls Online as separate codes that will need to be entered. Once you receive your copy of the game, you can redeem this codes on the account page. We hope this helps!

    I have bought it from g2a and they gave me 2 total keys.

    1 for early access

    1 for 30 days.

    Thats it, nothing else, was I supposed to get another code then?

    You don't say whether you purchased the standard game or the Imperial Edition, but I gather from your comments that whichever version it's the digital one at least. Whichever game version you purchased you should have received at least 3 codes as follows:
    Standard version: Early Access code; Game Activation code (includes the 30 days game time; Explorer's Pack code.
    Imperial Edition: Early Access code; Game Activation code (includes the 30 days game time; Explorer's Pack code; Imperial Edition Exclusive code.

    It would seem that you are missing the Explorer's Pack code (and possibly the Imperial Edition code) so you will need to contact the retailer about that.

    G2A refuses to admit that there is a third code. Its fraud in my opinion, or a huge miss understanding between ZO and G2A.

    It would be great if ZO could sort it out, as the Customers at G2A paid for the pre order including the explorer pack.

    Huh thanks for the heads up I guess, I forgot to mention digital standard edition, from which I got 2 codes, early access and standard, nothing else.

    What would G2A have to gain from not giving the explorer pack code... either way they advertised it so it's not like they didn't say it...

    So only G2A is to blame here or what?

    Support from ZOS still says I don't even have any characters when i have 2...lol

    I am still waiting for mine, but I was told they look into it. So fingers crossed :D

    I have the same problem as you.
    G2A bought in and they sent me two codes, one of early access and the other the explorer pack. When scoring the second TESO sent me the email saying that it was the explorer and would pack the items in my mailbox. It turns out that was the standard pack and I must claim G2a. G2a tells me it's a problem of TESO.
    I canceled the account and I will TESO claim back money G2a.
    I requested a refund on paypal and I've returned to my bank receipt.
    Do not buy into G2a ever. I am very angry.

    I remember hearing about a retailer selling the explorer pack codes as a separate item, post launch. That might have been G2A, I'm not sure, and to be fair, I didn't see this first hand.
