Unable to setup Subscription Method

I was setting up the subscription method, and on step 2. payment and review, after choosing your preferred method of payment, I clicked on Confirm and proceed to checkout. The button keep loading, and it been like loading for 10mins now. It could not proceed to step 3. Confirmation.
