Tanzelwil incomplete still black icon

I did every quest I can find in Tanzelwil but the area still has a black icon and ghosts still attack me. I helped both priestesses and ran the dungeon with the queen but I feel like there's a quest that was in the beta weekends but not there now. I have spent the last hour running around in Tanzelwil area and no luck.
And yes I have left the area re logged and came back but still nothing.

kirnmalidus✭✭✭✭There is a local quest given by a priestess. It's been a while but I believe it's separate from helping the two priestesses with the ritual and involves collecting things. Hadax✭Yep she was apparently not spawning for me that day no matter how many times I relogged. Searched the place again a day or two later and found her in the first 5min.0
