"You do not own any games"

I've run out of ideas and I'm tired of waiting for a response - hence a thread here hopefully for some answers.
I purchased a physical Imperial Edition, successfully applied the code to the account and paid via Paypal (who has confirmed the charge) for a subscription. My billing history has everything correct, yet the account summary says: "you do not own any games" and will not let me login to the game, apply the imperial edition code or explorer pack.
I've had my account reset, tried resetting passwords 3 times, I've tried logging out and relogging many times over the last 3 days just in case it was a problem with too many people logging in at the same time. I've tried other browsers, I've tried both Mac and PC operating systems. I've waited for 2 hours on the phone without reaching a representative.
Still, my website account says "you do not own any games" when clearly I do. I even have the email saying you successfully paid for a game, and lists it on the billing history. This is really frustrating having spent now $177 for this account. Please respond.

I wasn't sure these were allowed to be included until I saw a reference to them in a dev-tracker post.

Did you try blowing on the cartridge and hitting it? Best answer you will get from ZoS, I guarantee it.

...or use a different browser. Sometimes IE can mess up if a older version.
    Indeed it is so...

I tried other browsers, other operating systems, just about everything - taking the cartridge out and blowing on it sounds like it would do the trick! I'll just have to find a dwemer architect to make one for me.

Support tickets up to #5! Bumping this thread to keep it from being lost to obscurity.

Some of the things that have been tried:
    1. Incident 140405-023341 I had my account reset and changed passwords
I tried resetting passwords 3 different times,
    2. In response to Arthur's suggestion, Incident 140405-039622 I've tried logging out and relogging many times over the last 7 days just in case it was a problem with too many people logging in at the same time.
    3. I also tried other browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari, I've also tried both Mac and PC operating systems.
    4. Angelica's response to Incident: 140407-033126 was kind enough to inform me that my 48 hours of grace period is almost up to insert my imperial edition codes- as well as outline the benefits of owning the imperial edition.

Still, my website account says "you do not own any games" when clearly I do. I even have the email saying you successfully paid for a game, and lists it on the billing history. <sigh> So frustrating.... I decided to add pictures just to show the issue (with numbers edited out so that I dont get in trouble)

I have the very same problem.

The difference is that I activated the code in January 15 and already played for a month.

Mailed CC today and the Reference is:
